Quantasia Sharpton, the 21-year-old accusing Usher of exposing her to herpes, claimed during an interview with YouTube vlogger Miss Jacob Kohinoor that she has video proof the hookup occurred.
She alleges that she filmed her sexual encounter with the "My Boo" singer, telling Kohinoor that Usher, 38, was aware the camera was on him at the time.
Additionally, she told the YouTube star security cameras inside the Atlantic City, N.J., Days Inn she was staying in caught Usher in the hotel lobby.
Sharpton said her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, intends to subpoena the hotel's footage as further proof in her case.
Alleged eye witnesses previously placed Usher at the vacation dwelling, according to TMZ.
A former Days Inn employee previously told the publication she spotted the award-winning recording artist in the hotel lobby. She claimed he met Sharpton there and followed her up to her room not long after midnight.
Usher has denied these claims, TMZ reported.
Sharpton is one of three people accusing the Atlanta native of exposing them to herpes. She is the only one to publicly do so, however.
During an early August press conference in New York, Sharpton stood next to Bloom as she discussed the suffering she's been grappling with as a result of her alleged exposure to the sexually transmitted infection on her 19th birthday.
"When I first heard he had herpes I couldn't believe it…I would have never consented if I had known," she said during the press conference.
Sharpton tested negative for herpes, but says Usher's perceived dishonesty about his status has caused her great anguish.
"Usher, if you are negative, please say so. If you are positive, you need to warn your sex partners," She said.
A man and a woman, identified only as John and Jane Doe, also claim to have had sexual contact with the R&B singer. Bloom has said that at least one of them does have herpes.
A lawsuit has been filed against Usher in Los Angeles Superior court. It states that all of the plaintiffs consent was given "under false pretenses."
"Raymond was a revered celebrity in their eyes who they believed could be loved and trusted," the lawsuit says. "Each plaintiff realizes that his or her consent was obtained under false pretenses and/or by Raymond's lie by omission, causing them severe emotional distress."
According to an early report from RadarOnline, Usher settled a lawsuit with a celebrity stylist for $1.1 million over the same thing. The suit alleged that he was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010.
Sharpton, as well as the two anonymous accusers, were allegedly exposed after that settlement was reportedly reached.
