A disgruntled Tyga is showing his claws.
The "Rack City" rapper is suing his landlord for a breach of contract, claiming he failed to uphold his side of a high-end property agreement, according to People.
Tyga's lawyers stated in a series of court papers that the rapper put down the agreed-upon $200,000 towards the purchase of an $8 million Calabasas, Calif., home in September 2014, but the landlord hasn't fulfilled his duty of making sure the property is officially purchased.
The lavish pad is located near the $2.7 million mansion recently purchased by Tyga's girlfriend, Kylie Jenner.
Meanwhile in a separate lawsuit, the landlord is claiming Tyga owes $70,000 in unpaid backrent.
On Monday, a judge ordered the L.A. native to pay the overdue rent and vacate the home.
Tyga's financial issues come as something of a surprise, considering he recently presented Jenner with a $320,000 Ferrari for her 18th birthday.
The Celebrity Net Worth website reports the rapper is worth $5 million.
