The former gang member, who has been diagnosed with cancer, is the only person to ever be charged with Pac’s murder in Las Vegas over two and a half decades ago. Despite pleading not guilty, Keefe D has claimed that he orchestrated the shooting multiple times before, most notably in his 2019 book Compton Street Legend.“ The truthfulness of the content of the interviews was never verified,” Davis’ lawyer argued in his defense. “The book and interviews were done for entertainment purposes and to make money from a situation that [LAPD officers] and others had already profited [from].
