"Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf got a wrist-slap dismissal deal Wednesday for his drunken performance as a spectator at "Cabaret" in June.
LaBeouf briefly appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court where he accepted a deal from prosecutors that will see his case dismissed and sealed after six months if he stays out of trouble and completes another three months of substance abuse treatment.
The 28-year-old former child star was busted at an evening performance of the dark musical starring Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams on June 26.
"F--k you! This is f--king bullshit! Do you know my life? Do you know who the f--k I am? Do you know who I am?" LaBeouf said in the disruptive outburst at the theater, according to authorities.
He also spit at cops and refused to leave the premises after slapping the rear end of Cumming, who stars as the Emcee.
"You must come to court each time the case is on. There must be no new arrests," Judge Diana Boyar warned the troubled "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" leading man.
Boyar said that if LaBeouf doesn't comply "all bets are off."
"Yes, your honor," LaBeouf said, in pleading to disorderly conduct, a violation that is expected to be expunged from his permanent record.
LaBeouf's case was adjourned to Nov. 12 for compliance.
