“Braxton Family Values” star Towanda Braxton owes a man who evicted her over $74,000.
Braxton was hit with a lien for $74,168 on February 26 after she failed to pay him in September 2018, per court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday. She has not paid as of publication.
Braxton, 45, was first sued by Michael Wagoner in July 2018, per a separate court docket obtained by Page Six. The Blast reports that the suit was to evict Braxton — and Wagoner was successful. However, the outlet reported that while Braxton couldn’t pay up on her rental, she dropped $442,200 on a new home in November.
Their lawsuit was reopened on March 11 and is still ongoing.
