Three more unnamed women have come forward with more disturbing claims about hip-hop couple T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris.
The couple are strongly denying the claims.
A spokesperson for attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn told us the three further alleged victims have retained him, and he is “speaking with investigators from multiple jurisdictions to pursue criminal charges” against T.I. and Tiny.
According to Blackburn’s spokesperson, one 20-year-old woman alleges the couple “pulled out a pill and forced her to swallow it” when she met them at a nightclub in Miami in 2010. She claims she was later taken to a hotel in South Beach, where the couple’s security allegedly took her phone and T.I. “forced her to take a powdered substance from his finger,” according to Blackburn’s spokesperson.
The woman further claims, “[Tiny] undressed her and proceeded to engage in sexual intercourse. She said her body was numb, the room was slowing down, and she could not consent.”
Two different women have approached Blackburn with similar claims — with one accusing T.I. and a male friend of “drugging and raping” her in a hotel in Miami on Memorial Day Weekend in 2010. The third victim alleges she was “drugged… and sex trafficked in Nevada, California, and Florida,” the spokesperson said.
The women join dozens of other Blackburn clients already accusing the pair of “a myriad of allegations of forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation.”
A lawyer for T.I. and Tiny denied all allegations in March, and called them a “shakedown.”
He doubled down on their position on Friday.
“My clients’ position remains the same. We are still waiting for the anonymous accusers to reveal themselves to the public and the Harrises. Their continued unwillingness and refusal to do so compromises and undermines every single allegation being made,” he said.
