Liv Tyler had a major "oops" moment when catching up with Agyness Deyn at G-Star Raw's runway show.

Tyler, who apparently didn't hear about Deyn's two-time stumble during this week's Hope for Haiti catwalk, was overheard prying about how the show went while the two sat front row at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Tuesday.

Says our second-row spy: "Agyness looked at her sheepishly and whispered in her ear, to which Liv blurted out, 'Twice?!' Agyness just rolled her eyes and laughed, but Liv looked embarrassed enough for the both of them."
