THF Bayzoo, Rapper With Ties To Lil Durk Killed In Chicago Shooting

Lil Durk collaborator THF Bayzoo, 35, died after a shooter opened fire on him and two others Saturday afternoon. The rapper, whose real name is Devonsha Collier, was shot in the Southwest side of the city at 3 pm, the Cook County Medical Examiner confirmed to The U.S. Sun. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead early Sunday morning At the time of the shooting, the Chicago Police Department said that two of the victims were in fair condition, while the third was fighting for his life after being shot multiple times. A disturbing video has circulated on social media that purportedly shows two gunmen running up to Collier and the two other men before opening fire just a few feet away. No arrests have been made and no suspects named. News of Collier’s death first broke after rapper Doodie Lo, who was in the crew Only the Family with Collier, mourned the loss of his friend on Instagram. “MY BFF MY BRUDDA MY DAWG TAUGHT ME ALOT THIS ONE HURT WOP MAN EVERYBODY KNOW OUR RELATIONSHIP,” he wrote in the caption. “I GOT YO KIDS FOR LIFE WHEN I GOT SHOT YOU JUMPED ON THE ROAD NO QUESTIONS.”
