There's A $3 Million Penalty If You Talk About Justin Bieber's Party

Justin Bieber wants folks to have a good time at his party. But in order to do so, they must sign a contract stating they won't share insider details about what goes on in the fiesta.

In fact, for the Biebz’s Gatsby party Friday at his Calabasas, Calif. home there was $3 million penalty for talking, reports TMZ.



Partygoers and the staff for the festivities reportedly had to sign a confidentiality agreement, which states they could not tweet, text, phone, Facebook, record, write or otherwise send communications regarding what went down inside.

The $3 million sanction was reportedly a discounted rate in comparison with past Bieber parties that charged more than $5 million for talking.

It's anyone's guess as to what really took place inside the pop star's celebration, but the cops were supposedly called three times for noise complaints, and it was reported that a strong smell of marijuana leaked through the open door.

One complaining neighbor, who called police around 1 a.m., was supposedly the same man who Bieber allegedly spit on during an argument in March. Cops were called two more times after that at 3 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. while the festivites were still in full swing.

The party was attended by approximately 100 guests, which reportedly included Snoop Lion, and after all the noise complaints, police reportedly filed a disturbing the peace claim against Bieber.

The "Love Me" singer isn't taking any chances of being exposed as the legal document signed by attendees and workers also states that there would be no trial or any sort of protesting the clause if someone were found guilty of spilling the beans.

Bieber probably should have had Tati Neves sign a similar agreement.

The Brazilian beauty, who proudly posted a video online of JB sleeping soundly in a hotel room, is reportedly a porn star. The 27-year-old woman also said she slept with the 19-year-old singer, who she claimed is well endowed and great in bed.

Apparently, Bieber wasn't the only professional in the room as TMZ reported that HotMovies.com said Neves starred in a skin flick on their site several years ago. Now, the website reportedly intends to re-release the adult film in order to capitalize on her newfound fame.

Despite appearing to be thirsty for fame, the Brazilian babe said the video of Bieber was never supposed to be released publicly.

"The video was just for her eyes," she told British tabloid The Sun after sending the clip to a friend. "I am really angry with her."
