What would a new season of "Jersey Shore" be without a brawl?

While it's unclear if cameras were present, fists apparently flew between cast members Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Mike (The Situation) Sorrentino Monday night.

The reality stars, who have been in Italy taping the upcoming fourth season of the hit MTV series, came to blows after Ortiz-Magro had an argument with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Sammi (Sweetheart) Giancola, TMZ.com reported.

Photos reportedly taken after the fight show Ortiz-Magro with cuts on his right hand and Sorrentino with red welts on his face.

In March, Ortiz-Magro's lawyer said he planned to apply for a pretrial intervention program to avoid going to trial for aggravated assault. The month before, he pleaded not guilty to punching Stephen Izzo in 2009, an altercation that aired during the first season of "Jersey Shore."
