Despite attempts to move past her anger issues, Amber Portwood has let her emotions get the best of her.
The 20-year-old, who stars on MTV's "Teen Mom," attacked ex-fiancé Gary Shirley and threatened his girlfriend Ashley, RadarOnline.com reports.

The incident reportedly began Tuesday night after Portwood suspected her ex had been stringing her along while still dating his current girlfriend.

"Amber said Gary was sending her flowers and texting her, saying he hadn't been talking to Ashley," a source told Radar.

Unbeknownst to Portwood, Shirley is still very much an item with his current flame. According to Radar, the single mom showed up to her ex's home and "hit Gary for trying to play both of them."

"When Amber learned that Gary was still communicating with Ashley, she got in Ashley's face like she was going to hit her," the source added.

But in a bizarre twist of events, Portwood again began yelling at Shirley who was criticizing his current girlfriend for befriending the volatile reality star.

Portwood's struggle with her out-of-control temper has landed her in hot water before. Last month, she was charged with domestic violence and battery for allegedly beating Shirley three separate times between August 2009 and July 2010 in front of their 2-year-old daughter, Leah.

The criminal investigation was launched after an episode of the MTV reality show aired, showing Portwood punching Shirley several times, including one hard hit to the face, before kicking him in the back as he walked down a flight of stairs.

She now faces two felony counts and one misdemeanor for the alleged attacks, according to TMZ.com. If convicted on all counts, Portwood faces three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.

But that's not where the drama ends for the reality star, who has also been dating a mixed martial arts fighter Clinton Yunker.

Star Magazine and In Touch Weekly claim she is pregnant with her second child, but Portwood says the rumors are not true.

"The rumors are absolutely false. I'm not pregnant," she told UsMagazine.com.

"I'm working hard to be the best mom to my daughter," she added. "I have no plans to have more kids anytime soon."

"Amber almost hit him a few more times because he was talking s--t about Ashley," the source said, adding that the night ended with the parties going their separate ways.
