Tamar Braxton Will Not Return To ‘The Real’ Next Season

Things just got real.

Talk show host Tamar Braxton announced she's not returning to her syndicated talk show "The Real" next season — one day after she claimed in a cryptic Instagram post that she'd been "stabbed in the back."

"'The Real' and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season," Braxton and a rep for the show each said in a joint statement, via Us Weekly. "She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career."

A source told Us Weekly, however, that Braxton's exit actually wasn't mutual at all.

"Tamar Braxton just got fired from 'The Real,'" the insider told the magazine. "Apparently audiences didn't like her and sales people didn't find her brand friendly. She was too difficult on production."

Braxton is the first original cast member to leave the Fox and BET daytime chat fest since its premiere in 2013. Actress Tamera Mowry, fashionista Jeannie Mai, singer Adrienne Bailon and comedian Loni Love make up the rest of the panel.

The 39-year-old Braxton hinted something was wrong on Saturday with her long-winded message on Instagram, which she began by writing: "I love u all but I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted (not my man or my sisters)."

It's unclear if the pointed message was in reference to the talk show.

BS ….. Her husband is the executive producer …….
