Tamar Braxton Has Been Moved To Another Hospital

Tamar Braxton is “awake and alert” after her suicide attempt.

The singer-turned-reality star was found unresponsive at home in LA on Thursday night by her boyfriend. She was rushed to the hospital, reportedly having overdosed on prescription medication.

Now, the Blast reports that she’s stable and is discussing “her situation and the days leading up to the hospitalization” with doctors. Meanwhile, sources tell Page Six that she’s been moved to a different hospital.

“Tamar has been transferred to another facility for further evaluation and treatment,” her rep confirmed. They added, “The outpouring of support that Tamar has received is a testament to the light that she brings to people.”

She has been visited by her sisters Towanda, Trina and Traci, and stars including Tiny Harris, Viola Davis, Nene Leakes and Claudia Jordan have shown their support online.

An insider told Page SIX Braxton “has a lot to process and is focused on her well-being, mental health and the care of her son, Logan,” who is 7.
