T.I. Announces His Final Live Performance Will Be At Jingle Ball Show In Atlanta

T.I. recently announced where fans will be able to see his final performance before he hangs his microphone up. Appropriately, the performance will take place in his hometown, Atlanta. The 44-year-old rapper appeared on 96.1 The Beat and revealed that his final performance will happen at the annual Jingle Ball show in Atlanta, hosted by 96.1. The show will take place on Dec. 19 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta and also feature T-Pain, Sexyy Red, Saweetie, Tinashe, and Khalid. Tip expressed his gratitude to the hosts for offering him the opportunity as he looks toward the next phase of his life. The “Whatever You Like” rapper also explained why he will no longer be on the road performing. “I do not need the money anymore and I will not be performing,” he said. “I don’t want people to pay me to hop around and sweat for their entertainment no more. T.I. has already previously alluded to his retirement and announced his forthcoming final album, a two-disc effort titled Kill The King/Kiss The King. In October 2023, I been making some music, and the music I’m making is… how can I say? It’s expanding beyond just the concept that I have for my last album,” he said. “So my last album is Kill The King, which will be, you know, it’s gon’ be edgy, energetic. It’s gon’ have a lot of Tip in it… but I’ve been making somewhat, I guess, more melodic, you know, more R&B vibes, Afrobeat-R&B vibe, party music.
