Soulja Boy Sued By Ex-GF For Abuse And Sexual Assault

Soulja Boy is being sued by a woman who claimed to be his personal assistant and ex-girlfriend, accusing him of sexual assault and abuse.

A woman only identified as Jane Doe filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday, alleging that the SODMG general raped and assaulted her for two years. Doe admits that she moved in with the rapper in December 2018, but by the next month, Doe claims that Soulja Boy became violent, pushing her out of the car and made her walk five miles. She also claims that Soulja, whose real name is DeAndre Way, assaulted her for the first time in February 2019, but paid her $1,000 after apologizing.

Jane Doe is suing for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress.

Doe alleges that on multiple occasions she was locked in a room with no mattress, food, or water. He even allegedly told her, “I should’ve killed you.”

Doe alleges that sexual assaults would occur about twice a day, but after one violent occurrence in August of last year, she moved out. When she returned to retrieve her belongings, she was allegedly raped again.

She also claims that she was not paid for most of the 18 months she worked for Way.

“Way’s treatment of our client, as an employee and as a person who deserves respect, has traumatized and filled her with fear,” said attorney Neama Rahmani. “His abuse imprisoned her physically, mentally, and emotionally. When she mustered the courage to flee, he impoverished her. His exploitation severely hampered our client’s ability to re-establish herself in the workplace and in society. We believe he should be held accountable.”
