Solange Knowles Marries Her Longtime Boyfriend & Has A Horrible Breakout

The second biggest wedding in Knowles family history was a rousing success.

Solange Knowles, Beyoncé's 28-year-old little sister, married longtime boyfriend Alan Ferguson in front of 200 family and friends Sunday in New Orleans, People Magazine reported.

Photographers outside the Marigny Opera House, a 167-year-old converted cultural center, captured scene as the couple, both decked out in white, arrived on bicycles — with Solange's two-wheeler equipped with a basket filled with flowers.

"Beaming. Calm. They looked pretty calm, relaxed on their wedding day," a guest told People. "Definitely happy."

The younger Knowles sister had tried to borrow a page from her megastar sister and keep the nuptials top secret — Beyoncé wed Jay Z in a very private 2008 ceremony — but sources leaked the news to US Weekly earlier this week.

Ferguson, 51, is a music video director with long-standing ties to his future in-laws, including having directed clips for Beyoncé and Jay Z.

The bridal party included Solange's 10-year-old son from a previous marriage, Daniel Julez, and niece Blue Ivy as a flower girl. SInger Janelle Monae was reportedly among those on the guest list.
