Snoop Dogg’s Grandson Dies At 10 Days Old

Snoop Dogg’s 10-day-old grandson has died, with Snoop’s oldest son, Corde Broadus, sharing the tragic news on Instagram.

Broadus, 25, posted a loving tribute to his infant, Kai Love, who he said passed away Wednesday.

“Kai Love 9/15/19 – 9/25/19 ///// My Son Kai brought so much love and positivity into this world,” he wrote. “His energy will live on and these 10 days of love will always be special to us. Let’s all cherish life and those we love while we are here. Thank you”

Family members have not released the cause of death and Snoop has yet to comment.

Snoop’s wife, Shante Broadus, posted a musical tribute to her fifth grandchild, singing “The Love We Had Stays on My Mind,” originally performed by 1950s R&B group The Dells.

The “Beautiful” MC, 47, became a grandfather for the first time in 2015, when Corde and now-ex Jessica Kyzer welcomed son Zion. Snoop later gushed over the birth of his first granddaughter, Eleven, in 2018.
