Snoop Dogg Gave Kobe Bryant An ‘Unbelievable’ Retirement Gift

Snoop Dogg rolled up quite the retirement gift for Kobe Bryant.

When the NBA legend called it quits last season, he received parting gifts from most teams in the league.

But the custom Lakers-themed convertible Snoop Dogg gave Mamba this week is better than all of them.

Bryant took to Twitter on Wednesday to thank Snoop, in a message that included a photo of the car.

“Unbelievable retirement gift from my man Snoop today #KB20,” he tweeted.

The car is bright yellow, and when the roof is up, it’s fittingly purple.

Snoop shared a photo of the vehicle’s hood on Instagram, which shows features a draw-dropping custom painting.

The word “Showtime,” and homage to the Lakers teams of the 1980s, is written towards the windshield side of the hood, and below it are drawings of Lakers legends — and Snoop Dogg himself, holding the NBA finals trophy.

While Bryant received the gift, Snoop explained in his Instagram post that Kobe was the real gift to Lakers fans.

“The gift that keeps on giving,’ Snoop wrote. “Enjoy it mamba.“
