Snoop Dogg And His Wife Shante Broadus Celebrate 19 Years Of Marriage

Snoop Dogg and his wife, Shante Broadus, celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary by sharing an adorable throwback picture of themselves from their high school prom.

“19 years today,” the rapper captioned the photo. “Happy anniversary been a1 from day 1. Thanks for my kids.”

The 44-year-old also gave his followers a little insight into where the happy couple celebrated their special day — on a bed of rose petals.

The high school sweethearts, who met in Long Island Beach, California, married in June 1997. The happy couple have three children together — Cordell, Corde, and Cori.

Snoop and Broadus filed for divorce in 2004, but the artist briefly known as Snoop Lion canceled the proceedings, telling MTV, “I understand that I need my wife and my kids in my life — so I threw the papers away. I don’t want to get a divorce.”

In 2008, the pair renewed their vows and it’s been Peaches N Cream ever since.
