Sleepy Hallow Gets Into Altercation With Opps At His Court New York Appearance

Sleepy Hallow got into a violent altercation while making an appearance in a New York court and had to be forcibly restrained by multiple police officers. The controversial drill rapper was filmed fighting with an unknown man in court with the clip showing Hallow punching and kicking the man on the floor as a large number of police officers attempt to pull him off. Officers eventually brought the melee to an end and separated the two men, with the rapper placed back in handcuffs It’s currently unknown what caused the altercation and neither Sleepy Hallow or the police have commented on the courthouse fight. Last month, Sleepy Hallow was arrested alongside Sheff G on conspiracy charges as part of a 140 count indictment against various gangs based in New York. The two rappers were among the 32 members of 8 Trey Crips and neighboring 9 Ways hit with charges ranging from murder to weapons, kidnapping, assault and conspiracy. The acts of violence allegedly took place from March 2019 to the present day. Prosecutors believe Sheff G used his rap checks to pay for hits and fueled gun violence across the city in exchange for money, lavish dinners, jewelry and more.“ Instead of using his fame and his fortune for the betterment of himself and his family and those close to him, we allege that he used that fame and fortune to elevate gang violence in Brooklyn,” District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said at a press conference. “Sheff G became a prominent member of this gang and became central to our investigation. Sheff G used a lot of the money that he earned to facilitate further gang activity. He encouraged gang members to participate in violent crimes.” The District Attorney’s Office believes those indicted were part of carrying out 27 acts of violence over the last four years and used around 37 firearms in the process, while 19 have since been recovered by law enforcement. Sleepy Hallow was only released from jail in February after serving eight months on a weapons charge.
