Shirtless Bieber Partying With Diddy, Rick Ross & Akon In ATL

Justin Bieber can't seem to stop partying … or taking his shirt off.
The 19-year-old troubled singer celebrated with Diddy at Vanquish nightclub in Atlanta Wednesday night, reports TMZ.

Chantel Jeffries, Bieber's new lady who was wrapped up in the chaotic Miami night when the pop star was arrested on DUI charges in January, was supposedly on hand in ATL as well.
The "Baby" singer has been on a downward spiral for some time now, but it doesn't seem to faze him much.

He posted a photo to Instagram Wednesday, before he ditched his shirt, and appears as if he's praying with Jermaine Dupri, Diddy, Wale and Rick Ross beside him. Also said to be enjoying the festivities was rapper T.I.

"More Pdiddy and Justin Bieber at Vanquish in ATL!!" @joviescorner captioned a video on Instagram showing the Biebs and Diddy enjoying the Atlanta nightlife. "Wait isn't JB under 21?!!"

While the "As Long as You Love Me" singer reportedly stayed away from the liquor during his time in the club, he posted a photo earlier that day with what appears to be a glass of wine.

"Classy night #painting," he captioned the selfie.
Bieber is set to stand trial March 3 for his Miami arrest on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license.

Both Bieber and his R&B singer pal Khalil Amir Sharieff were arrested Jan. 23 after allegedly drag racing. While the pop star's blood alcohol level was nearly zero, a toxicology test did detect marijuana and Xanax in his system.

Shortly after the incident, a photo emerged of Bieber and Sharieff having some naughty fun with a stripper in Los Angeles. The young men were pictured with their mouths on the breasts of an unidentified topless woman, who was described as "old enough to be Justin's mother."
But it doesn't end there. Bieber is taking his inhibitions from coast to coast and around the world.

After his Miami arrest, he jetted to Panama and shortly after boarded a plane to New York City to enjoy the Super Bowl festivities. However, he was briefly detained at Teterboro Airport on suspicion of smoking weed on his private jet with his entourage of 10 and his father, Jeremy Beiber.
No sign of drugs were detected, but the marijuana smoke during the flight was so strong that the flight crew members put on oxygen masks, a law enforcement official told CNN.

Bieber was also detained in Toronto last week for allegedly assaulting his limo driver in December. Finally, he may also face charges for supposedly egging his neighbor's house in January.
Diddy reposted Bieber's Instagram pic from their night in Atlanta and captioned it, "#RP @justinbieber 4:00am in Atlanta workin on that #MMM"
