SHERRI SHEPHERD SHOW'S OFF HER BATHING SUIT BODY ON T.V!

The View” host Sherri Shepherd debuted her new bathing suit body on national television Thursday.
After months of a strict diet and exercise regimen, Shepherd, 42, donned 5 inch YSL heels and a sleek black one piece as she strutted her stuff to “I’m Every Woman” on the "View's" stage

Shepherd said her plan was easy to follow, telling the audience that it was just a lot of “healthy eating.” But the montage of her slip-ups shown before her debut suggested otherwise.
Still, it was clear that the perky comedian had put in a lot of work.

"I feel really great. I just wanted to show people that you don’t have to do anything crazy. You just have to make some choices and exercise and the weight will drop off. I hope some folks were inspired.”

Shepherd did not say how many pounds she lost, but she shed an astonishing 5 inches from her waist and 10 inches overall.

Producers for the show rewarded her hard work with a platter of ribs, corn bread, collard greens, M&Ms and other goodies.

Hope those rewards were just a one time thing though, Sherri!
