Shaquille O’Neal Helps Woman Who Collapsed In Street

He may not be wearing his signature Superman shirt but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a hero.

Shaquille O’Neal was spotted jumping into action to help a woman who collapsed in the middle of the street in the East Village on Monday.

Dressed in a camouflage coat, but definitely not blending in, the 7’1″ NBA Hall of Famer hopped out of his car and helped to stop traffic along with a group of good Samaritans as they waited for first responders.

The 47-year-old athlete-turned-DJ stayed on the scene until an ambulance arrived.

The woman on the ground is reportedly diabetic and fainted in the crosswalk, according to TMZ.
