“I’ve just become a better person,” he said at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story,” which chronicles the meteoric rise of his 25-year-old Bad Boy music empire. Attendees included Combs' girlfriend Cassie and supermodel Naomi Campbell.
“I’ve become closer to God and I appreciate things more and I’m more mindful,” he said. “My hustle right now is to get closer to God and to be the best person that I can be.”
According to Diddy, who at 47 is reportedly worth $750 million, we haven't seen anything yet and he still has “more history to make.” But more immediately, he's focused on what he's going to wear to the Met Gala on Monday.
“I’m trying to figure it out,” he said. “I'm stressed out about it like probably a lot of people are, but I want to get a little bit loose. I don’t want to be too tight this year so I think I'm going to get a little bit fearless this year, I'm going bring some drama.”
Following the screening, Combs and his crew headed to American Cut Midtown for dinner and drinks, which included Ciroc vodka, which the rapper first started promoting 10 years ago. DJ Cassidy provided tunes for the party while Lil Kim, French Montana and LA Reid attended.
