An uptown Manhattan condo owned by actor couple Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Richardson has hit the market for $13 million, The Post has learned.
Jackson and Richardson have owned the 3,000-square-foot combination spread, at 26 E. 63rd St., since 2005 — when they purchased it for $4.8 million from former NBA basketball player Greg Anthony and his ex-wife, novelist Crystal McCrary.
Jackson is known for his roles in “Pulp Fiction,” “Do the Right Thing” and “Django Unchained.” Richardson’s credits include roles in “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Sleepless in Seattle” and “The Fighting Temptations.”
The couple previously owned a brownstone at 522 W. 143rd St., which they bought in 1981 for $35,000, then sold for $125,000 in 1997, according to the New York Times.
This eighth-floor Upper East Side home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half bathroom, according to the listing.
The listing’s images show a spacious eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room and an entertaining space with a wet bar.
Amenities at the 13-story building, called the Leonori, include a full-time doorman.
