IT didn't take long for Russell Simmons to find a new squeeze. The hip-hop mogul, who was dating grapefruit heiress Julie Henderson, is now with French actress/model Noemie Lenoir (above). At model Jessica White's 25th birthday party at The Gates, Simmons and Lenoir were "making out like teenagers," according to a spy. At an after-party at Mr. West, they even snuck off to the bathroom. "They had no shame and were kissing in front of the paparazzi," says our source.
