Is Khloe Kardashian the next star on "The X Factor" chopping block?

According to Fox News, the youngest Kardashian sister, 28, may be booted from her gig hosting the singing series.

Executives have yet to make the final decision on the hosting panel for the upcoming season of the talent competition, but producers have hinted that Kardashian doesn't have much job security.

"The producers have not yet made the talent decisions for this year," a representative told Fox 11.

Khloe’s sister, Kim, denies the rumors that her sister is getting the axe.

“A lot of people say incorrect things on the daily,” Kim told TMZ .

Khloe Kardashian began co-hosting the show with Mario Lopez mid-way through the last season.

If the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star leaves the series, she won't be the only celebrity to have exited the show after season two.

Britney Spears confirmed in January that she would be leaving the show after just one season. Music executive L.A. Reid, who also served as a judge, announced his exit from the show late last year.

Thus far, only Simon Cowell is sure to return for season three.
