Roc Nation is suing an insurance agency over a policy covering Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein, who passed away in 2017.
The music company purchased a percentage of Feldstein’s Career Artist Management — which also handled Miguel and Robin Thicke — in 2016.
Court papers claim Roc Nation also took out “key person” insurance on Feldstein for $14.5 million from 2016 to 2017, and $12.5 million from 2017 to 2018 with HCC International Insurance.
Roc Nation is suing for breach of contract, claiming the insurer has “wrongfully denied coverage.”
Feldstein died at 40 from a blood clot.
He was Jonah Hill’s brother.
