Robin Thicke is back to his nude-womanizing ways — or at least, in keeping up the appearances.
The "Blurred Lines" crooner covers Treats! magazine's latest issue, surrounded by several fully nude women.
"I've done some topless photo shoots before but never completely nude," Thicke, 36, tells the magazine, according to Just Jared.
"It was very sexy and I like that. At first I thought, 'Okay, let's just do topless' … but, again, my wife and her friends were like, 'No way … go all the way.' I think we definitely pushed the envelope."
Thicke made sure to mention that his wife, "Ghost Protocol" actress Paula Patton, 37, is perfectly fine with his sex appeal taking center stage.
In fact, according to Thicke, the Treats! photo shoot is what inspired "Blurred Lines" video — and it was all Patton's idea!
"When I was talking to my wife and her friends about the video they said, 'Do something like Treats! because you love it so much.'"
While she might have been okay with it, many were not. The video was initially banned from YouTube for being too racy.
Then, after taking the stage with Miley Cyrus at the Video Music Awards in August, Thicke faced backlash for performing with the under-21 pop star, with some critics saying he should have had more regard for his marriage.
But his relationship with his wife of eight years hasn't taken any hits, the singer said.
"All three guys in the video are married and have children," Thicke said, including fellow "Blurred Lines" musicians Pharrell and T.I.
"It was all tongue-in-cheek. We wanted to put everything in that was taboo … we wanted it to be a silly and fun as possible."
