Rihanna got a new tattoo (photo on page 12 of Us Weekly). It says, "Never a failure Always a lesson" on her collarbone — and, no, the tattoo artist didn't make a mistake, the words are printed backward so they can be read in a mirror. It's not a failure, it's a lesson.
