IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

RIHANNA SAY'S HER LEAKED NUDE PICS WERE EMBARRASSING! WHY IS SHE TALKING ABOUT THIS NOW? THAT WAS SO MANY MONTHS AGO!

Proving that it is easy for a good girl to go bad, Rihanna is finally confessing that she was the naked woman in photos that surfaced earlier this year.
Still, the Barbadian beauty told NYC's radio station Hot 97 that she's not repentant.

"They were for my boyfriend at the time...if you don't send your boyfriend naked pictures, then I feel sorry for him," she told the station.

But having the nude pics circulated on the Internet was more exposure than the singer wanted, particularly at the time. Just weeks before, leaked photos of her battered face from her February beatdown by ex Chris Brown were still a hot topic.

"I was [freaked out], she said. "It was the worst thing that could possibly ever happen to me. I just felt like my whole privacy was taken before that [first photo leak] and then, when that came out, I thought, 'Oh great, so now there's nothing they don't know about me and my private life."

The undated photos in question showed different parts of a woman's nude body in a bathroom. At least two photos showed a partially clothed woman who resembled Rihanna, although her face was partially covered.

"It was humiliating and it was embarrassing especially my mom having to see that," she said.

The 21-year-old singer said that she sent flowers to her mother two days before Mother's Day, as a means to prepare her to the photo scandal.

"I was nervous [but] when the world is against me she's always there supporting," RiRi said.

Though she remained mum about the leaked photos at the times, the singer said she received mixed reactions when she began speaking out about her abusive relationship with Brown.

"It tripped me up," she said. "[People] think I have an agenda to destroy his career but that's not what it's about. "I was very hesitant to ever talk about it ... but there are young girls out there that need to hear this."

Going forward, Rihanna said she is focused on helping other young woman who may also be victims of domestic abuse.

She said suffering at the hands of the20-year-old Brown has taught her to watch for the red flags.

"My whole relationship with him was a learning experience. There was a lot of insecurity and a lot of control issues," she said. "In relationships in the future I know how to watch out for certain things. A lot of those were signs. I learned that in the end."
