Rihanna's beauty company is being accused of ignoring the needs of their visually-impaired customers.
Beatriz Gutierrez filed a lawsuit Wednesday in L.A. against Fenty Beauty.
Gutierrez explains that she is visually-impaired and legally blind, and claims that Fenty Beauty's website is not properly equipped to handle her needs.
The customer believes RiRi's company does not utilize industry standard screen-reading technology, which enables blind customers to interact with the site.
Gutierrez says the Fenty Beauty site contains significant "access barriers" that make it impossible for her to fully interact with the store, thus making the goods and services offered unavailable to her.
The woman wants an immediate injunction against Fenty Beauty to force then to adhere to the federal standards required for visually-impaired customers, as well as to collect damages in the amount of $15,000.
Rihanna is the latest business owner to face such litigation, as many companies have been sued over their failure to provide adequate online access to visually-impaired customers.
The "Diamonds" singer has been facing all sorts of legal battles lately, as the case against her father also took an interesting turn.
Rihanna sued her father accusing him of trying to profit off her name without permission. One of her issues was Ronald trying to trademark “Fenty” and use it with businesses. She felt people would be confused into thinking it was her project.
Most recently, Rihanna revealed that her father was even trying to launch his own reality show based off her fame.
