RIHANNA IN LONDON! HIGH FASHION OR HOT MESS?

Rihanna stepped out in London last night with a sky-high ’do. The R&B singer recently shaved off her hair on both sides of her head, but she has been sporting a spikier style.
For the premiere of "Inglorious Bastards," the 21-year-old's coiffure was a bit more polished and soft around the edges. But the hairstyle was just the icing on her fashion-forward clothing confection.

She wore a black jumpsuit with lace sleeves sticking out underneath, then draped a slew of pearl strands over the ensemble. The eclectic look was reminiscent of Madonna, circa 1985, in "Desperately Seeking Susan."
