Remy Ma Celebrates Freedom With Trip To The Strip Club

The Bronx born and raised rapper Remy Ma, who recently did a six-year prison stint for shooting a friend, celebrated her freedom early Sunday with a trip to the strip club.

The LIT NYC Gentleman's Club in Astoria billed the night as a homecoming for the Grammy nominated rapper.
"The Ruler's Back," a flier for the event posted to Instagram read.

The rapper, whose real name is Remy Smith, recognized a News photographer who regularly covered her trial at Manhattan Supreme Court in 2008.

She was seen walking into the club with an entourage around 2:30 a.m. One man, who waited outside the club for hours to see her, ran up and grabbed a selfie with the former Terror Squad lyricist.

Remy - who's real name is Remy Smith - was released from a Westchester prison Aug. 1 after serving six-years of an eight-year sentence for shooting her childhood friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph.

And she appears to be making up for lost time. Remy already has a new music video out with French Montana on DJ Khaled's "They Don't Love You No More (Remix)." The video features shots of the Castle Hill housing project where she grew up in the Bronx. There's also a mixtape in the works, she told MTV, which might come out sometime in September.

You don't love me …..
