The Jesus Piece rapper is allegedly under investigation for domestic violence after his fiancée, Tiffney Cambridge, filed a police report against him.
According to TMZ, the report claims The Game “turned violent” during an argument and attacked Tiffney. The site reports:
The Game is now the suspect in a felony domestic violence investigation … after allegedly beating up his fiancee, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Sources close to Tiffney tell us, Game hit Tiffney repeatedly in the face, injuring her eye socket and breaking her nose. Law enforcement sources say police took photos of her face. We’re told the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has launched a criminal investigation.
The Game claims the accusations are not true. He acknowledges there was an incident but told the site:
“I don’t want to give fuel to these false accusations, but the truth will definitely come out. I am always looking out for my children’s safety and have never laid a hand on Tiffney.”
He even posted photos to his Instagram, with captions responding to the incident. The above photo that shows him sitting against a wall on the ground, with his hands behind his back, was captioned:
Me & @moneygangworldwide might be headed downtown to the twin towers… Only thing bout going to jail as a rich nigga is that… We bail out before we take mugshots #FuckThePolice #BloodMoney #LaFamilia
A second photo includes a quote about toxic relationships, and in the caption The Game claims he never laid a hand on his wife-to-be:
“I don’t want to give fuel to these false accusations, but the truth will definitely come out. I’m always looking out for my children’s safety and have never laid a hand on Tiffney. All I want is a chance to move on with my life & be allowed to be the father to my children I have been since their births. Judge me as you may, but do know.. my heart & my intentions are pure – The Game”
Tiffney has also responded to the incident via Instagram, hinting that her fiancé is lying. She captioned a photo that contained an inspirational text from a friend:
All I needed to see… Thank u Jesus. Thank u to my family, friends, & supporters..
Nothing more to be said or explained.
The two appear on VH1′s “Marrying The Game,” in which their struggle to stay together in a happy and healthy relationship was revealed to the world.
