R. Kelly’s closet is in danger of violating even more building codes.
The hip-hop singer told TMZ.com that he’s written 32 more chapters in his “Trapped in the Closet” saga, a “hip hopera” of a song that already consists of 22 installments.
He told the gossip site he plans to continue the saga, “but it costs a lot of money to do ... so we’re actually looking for investors.”
“Trapped in the Closet” is a song that never really featured a coda, even when the last chapter was released in 2007. The story line follows poor Sylvester, a man who has an affair with a married woman, then can’t escape as a succession of new characters, starting with her husband — each with his or her own secret — pile inside the story line as if it were a circus clown car.
Each chapter came with a video, turning the saga into the equivalent of a popular urban soap opera.
Since the first five chapters were a huge success on R. Kelly’s multiplatinum “TP.3 Reloaded,” “Trapped in the Closet” became a magnet for parodies, including a memorable “South Park” episode.
R. Kelly’s plans shouldn’t come as a surprise to his fans and critics alike: The final installment ends with a screen fading to black, with the words, “To be continued.”
Somebody need's to lock his a$$ in the closet! Even my kid know's who R. Kelly is! He said R. Kelly Pee's on people! Lol!
