Puff Daddy Says A Bad Boy Reunion Tour Is Happening

Puff Daddy was the guest on the most recent episode of DJ Khaled’s Beats 1 show We The Best Radio, and talked about his upcoming album No Way Out 2, the Notorious B.I.G., and an upcoming Bad Boy Entertainment reunion tour.

No dates for the tour have been announced yet, but Puff is expected to make a formal announcement next week. He called the event “the family reunion tour, a.k.a the two-step tour” and said it would likely begin with a show at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn around May 21, what would have been Biggie’s 44th birthday.

The wheels for this reunion were likely set in motion at the 2015 BET Awards, when Puff lead a 10-minute medley that paid tribute to the label’s 20-year anniversary and to the Notorious B.I.G. The all-star line-up featured Jadakiss, French Montana, Lil Kim, Mase, Pharrell Williams, Faith Evans, Fonzworth Bentley, Sheek Louch, and others performing some of the most successful songs released on Bad Boy.

March 9 was the anniversary of Biggie’s death, so Puff remembered his fallen friend by posting some rare behind-the-scenes clips of Biggie in the studio.
