Philadelphia Man Surrenders After Ejaculating On Woman’s Leg In Dollar Tree Store

Philadelphia authorities have identified and apprehended Gary A. Miles, 35, of Southwest Philly, in connection with an indecent assault that occurred at a Dollar Tree store. According to police reports, Miles allegedly ejaculated on a woman's leg inside the store located at 56 E. Snyder Avenue on June 23, 2024. The incident was partially captured on video, which went viral on X, formerly Twitter, on Wednesday, showing a woman screaming and chasing a man into the parking lot. Hours after the video went viral, Philadelphia police announced that Miles had voluntarily surrendered to authorities. "The PPD extends its gratitude to the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Miles," stated a police spokesperson. Store employees informed police that Miles is a regular visitor to the Snyder Plaza area and the nearby I-95 underpass, where he is believed to park his vehicle. This information was corroborated by FOX29. Authorities describe Miles as a 6-foot tall black man with a short receding hairline and a full beard, and he was wearing grey shorts and a shirt reading, “It’s not going to lick itself” at the time of the incident. Rapper Meek Mill contributed to the search effort by offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to Miles' whereabouts.
