Houston rapper Paul Wall is one of the few white men in the hip-hop industry, but it’s not a uniqueness that he pays much attention to. The emcee recently spoke with “XXL Magazine” and explained that he has never let his skin color shape who he is. He states, quote, “Everybody raised me to believe I was a kid and an individual. So me being white or any other characteristic didn’t define who I was. So I don’t carry myself as a white person. I am who I am.” Paul Wall says just because he’s white, fans shouldn’t compare him to other Caucasian artists. He adds, quote, “I also think I’m wise enough to know you can’t compare me to Eminem due to his success and style.” Paul Wall will be dropping new music this summer when he releases his “Heart of a Champion” album. The record drops on June 29th.
