Rappers Paul Wall and Baby Bash are getting off easy.
The rappers, who were arrested in December 2016 for possession of THC, will not be indicted by a grand jury, KHOU-TV reports.
Wall — whose real name is Paul Slayton — and Bash — whose real name is Ronald Bryant — were arrested on charges of organized criminal activity after posessing THC with the intent to distribute.
The music artists were two of 10 people involved in the crime and five were indicted on their charges, while the jury did not find enough evidence to bring Slayton, Bryant and three others to trial, according to the local network.
The drugs were discovered to be with the group during a raid at a Texas home.
It isn’t the first time the duo was arrested for drugs.
In 2011, they were busted together for possession of weed in El Paso.
