IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

It’s Oscar De La Hoya in a knockout over the blond bombshell who claims the kinky boxer sexually assaulted her.

Angelica Marie Cecora lost the courtroom bout Thursday when a judge dismissed her $5 million lawsuit and ordered her to pay the retired pugilist’s legal bills.

The judge finished off Cecora with a legal roundhouse, ordering her and her lawyer, Tom Evans, to pay a $500 fine each for filing a “frivolous” lawsuit.

The allegations against De La Hoya “are completely without merit in law and were undertaken primarily to harass or maliciously injure” the boxer, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten said.

There was no immediate response from Cecora or Evans, but the boxer’s lawyer said he was “extremely gratified.”

“The case was a disgrace and the judge saw that it was a disgrace,” said Judd Burstein. “[Cecora\] thought it was her moment in the sun. It turned out to be a very cloudy day.”

Burstein, who said he would seek to have Evans’ legal license suspended, said Cecora’s legal bill should be around $20,000.

Wooten’s ruling closed a chapter on a creepy case in which the former welterweight champion of the world’s predilection for wearing ladies’ underwear was laid bare.

Cecora, 25, sued the married boxer claiming he got rough during a cocaine-fueled sex party in March 2001.

In court papers, Cecora claimed that after dinner, drinks and some consensual sex, De La Hoya donned her knickers and ordered $200 worth of cocaine and $100 worth of pot delivered to his room at the Ritz-Carlton overlooking Central Park.

De La Hoya also requested an extreme sex act, which Cecora agreed to perform, the papers state.

Then Cecora had her roommate bring over some sex toys and things got even wilder.

But Cecora claimed De La Hoya crossed the line after she and her pal hit the sack when the insatiable boxer yanked her out of bed three times for more sex.

Cecora “was afraid to leave the hotel room because she feared that the defendant would attempt to have sex with her against her will,” the suit says.

The former Maxim and Playboy model said when she was finally able to leave, she discovered De La Hoya hadn’t paid the hotel bill.

Cecora sued De La Hoya for emotional distress and claimed imprisonment, assault and battery.

Burstein called Cecora’s claims nonsense and told the judge the only thing she missed was a dental appointment the next morning. He also denied Evans’ charge that the boxer tried to buy her silence for $6,000.

Wooten sided with the 39-year-old boxer.

“She never claims that he threatened her with force,” the judge said of Cecora. “Her claim that she was ‘afraid to leave the hotel room because she feared that the defendant would attempt to have sex with her again against her will’ is belied by her voluntary conduct from evening through the following morning.”

After the story broke, De La Hoya has admitted to being a coke addict and that photos of him wearing fishnet stockings and lingerie that surfaced in 2007 were real.
