The battle over Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s final album rages on between his manager Jarred Weisfeld and the rapper‘s widow, Icelene Jones.
Family members have publicly accused Icelene Jones of squandering money and opportunities that would benefit Ol Dirty‘s estate and other children.
According to Weisfeld, Icelene Jones sold the rights to an upcoming Ol Dirty album titled A Son Unique and then spent the money on herself.
"She sold out for peanuts," Weisfeld told The New York Post of Jones' business deal for the album.
Ol’ Dirty Bastard died of a heart attack induced by drug use in November of 2004.
Weisfeld and Icelene Jones remain embroiled in a court dispute in Brooklyn Surrogate Court.
