LOS ANGELES - Charlie Sheen is going to jail.
The "Three and a Half Men" star will plead no contest to misdemeanor assault in Aspen next Monday and get 30 days in county jail as part of a plea deal.
It will spare Hollywood's bad boy a lengthy -- and risky -- probation, multiple news outlets reported Tuesday.
"With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days," a source told People.com.
Sheen, 44, was arrested Christmas day on suspicion he pinned wife Brooke Mueller, 32, to a bed and held a knife to her throat during a domestic dispute.
He was charged Feb. 8 with felony menacing, misdemeanor third-degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.
He originally pleaded not guilty.
