OH! NO! SAY IT AINT SO! PARENTS NAME THEIR BABY LIKE AFTER THE FACEBOOK BUTTON!

It might be time for some proud parents to sign off Facebook.

An Israeli couple named its baby daughter "Like" – because they liked the sound of it, it was unique and it had become an icon thanks to the social networking site, Agence France-Presse reported.

The button is basically a thumbs-up button for users of the social networking site.

"We named her Like because it's modern and innovative," proud papa Lior Adler told Israeli newspaper Maariv. "I checked that the name does not exist anywhere elsewhere in the country, that was the main condition for me."

Like many new parents, the couple proudly announced its new bundle of joy on Facebook.

"When I posted her picture and name on Facebook I got 40 'likes,'" he told Maariv. "Considering that I have only a little more than 100 friends on the network that's a lot."
