Offset has set the record straight, letting fans know there’s no more beef between him and Quavo, especially in the wake of losing their beloved Migos groupmate, Takeoff. Set recently pulled up to the 7PM in Brooklyn With Carmelo Anthony podcast, where he opened up about grieving, family dynamics, and what’s next as he gears up for the release of his third solo album, Kiari. During the heartfelt conversation, Offset made it clear that whatever tension once existed between him and Quavo is now behind them. “We holla at each other every other week,” he said, brushing off the internet drama. “That’s family at the end of the day. You’re gonna bump heads with your family sometimes, but ain’t nobody playing with me, ain’t nobody playing with him … nobody.” The two Atlanta rap stars went their separate ways shortly before Takeoff was tragically shot and killed in Houston in 2022. At that time, Quavo and Takeoff had formed the duo Unc & Phew and released their album Only Built For Inflinity Links. Offset had dropped his solo LP, Set it Off in the following year, which marked the same year that the group officially disbanded.
