NO SUPRISE! NENE LEAKS FROM REAL HOUSEWIVES IS GETTING A DIVORCE FROM HER HUSBAND GREG!

NeNe Leakes told Essence in December that she and her husband Gregg were "still together" but ominously added "that's not to say we won't be unmarried."

Now the reality star's stepson, Damian, is claiming the couple is in the process of divorcing.

"The paperwork is being done," Damian, 34, told RadarOnline.com about his father and stepmother. "Nothing has been filed, but lawyers have been retained."

The Leakes have had their marriage troubles featured on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," which aired an episode in late November that showed the pair having a massive fight.

A few days later, NeNe told Essence she and her husband, whom she has been with for 14 years, were still living together and in a "cordial" but "up and down" relationship."

But according to Damian, the two are hashing out details of a permanent split.

"There are so many small intricate points that they're asking for ... talks about alimony and spousal support," he explained.

Damian accused NeNe and Gregg of not being forthcoming about the status of their marriage.

"She wants to keep the house and move on with her life," he said. "They're trying to portray it as 'we're not getting divorced' and they're trying to work it out right now, but that's not the case."

NeNe and Gregg are reportedly clashing over finances, including $300,000 Gregg allegedly provided to support her "lifestyle" and help her career.

"He feels like he made her because he gave her a lifestyle everyone wanted to see. She feels like he should have supported her and had her back," Damian shared. "NeNe does have a selfish quality and so does Gregg and eventually over time they're going to butt heads like what they're doing now."

A rep for Leakes has not yet responded to a request for comment.
