NICKI MINAJ'S COUSIN SHOT & KILLED IN BROOKLYN!

Nicki Minaj says her "precious cousin" was shot and killed in Brooklyn yesterday ... and TMZ has learned the shooter is still on the loose.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 27-year-old Nicholas Telemaque was killed around 2:40 AM on July 4 from "multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso."

Minaj posted photos and messages on Twitter ... saying, "Lived in Brooklyn his whole life. My precious cousin. My baby. Killed last nite."

Cops are investigating the incident -- but so far, no arrests have been made.

A 27-year-old man was shot and left to die on a Brooklyn street as he walked toward his car early Monday, police and family said.

Nicholas Telemaque had just left C-PAC nightclub just blocks from his home when he was shot multiple times in his torso at E. 52nd St. and Farragut Road in East Flatbush about 2:40 a.m., cops and a relative said.

"It's disgusting," said cousin Roger Clarke, 41. "Young kids, they don't value someone's life."

Telemaque, who has prior arrests for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license, died soon after he was taken to Kings County Hospital.

Police said no arrests have been made.
