Nicki Minaj Details The Birth Of Her Son

Nicki Minaj is revealing new details about giving birth to her son.

In a Twitter Q&A on Wednesday, the new mom — who welcomed a baby boy in September — explained that she was “butt naked” when she went into labor.

“Just got out the shower,” Minaj, 38, explained, adding that she’d just asked husband Kenneth Petty to rub her back. “As soon as I started scooting over to him in the bed I just felt the water start coming out.”

While she was calm at the moment, she said Petty was “very scared.”

She told another fan that she was in labor all night, but they let her sleep until it was time to push.

“The epidural didn’t hurt either,” she continued. “They numbed me up real good. So I took my ass right to sleep.”

Minaj also detailed her experience with breastfeeding, saying her son had no problem and he “latched on in the hospital.”

“But breastfeeding is very painful,” she wrote. “Pumping is too. Women make this stuff look way too easy. Moms r really superheroes”

The rapper announced her pregnancy with surprise photos in June, wearing over-the-top bejeweled bra and see-through platform heels studded with pearls.
