Nicki Minaj Described As "An Insecure Diva" For Making Fans Wait In The Rain

CONFIDENTI@L: The fashion party crowd was out in force Saturday. The main draw was the Alexander Wang bash, where the designer lived up to his party-boy reputation. Wang pulled a hot crowd to at South Street Seaport Pier 17 for his after-party. Among those present: Nicki Minaj, who was described as “an insecure diva” after she made the event’s production staff leave the room while she did a final sound check, resulting in the party starting late. Fashionistas hate waiting, but because of Minaj’s antics they were held outside in the rain for an hour. The singer went onstage at 1 a.m.






Rihanna, meanwhile, didn’t have any time for her fans. One female admirer told the star how sexy she was and asked if she could have a snapshot with her. The “Umbrella” singer refused, pushing the girl and telling her defiantly, “I am just chilling, I am too f----- up and drunk, no pictures.”
