Nick Gordon Is Too Broke To Pay Bobbi Kristina's Family

Nick Gordon may have a legal obligation to pay $36 million — but he says he doesn't have a dime.

The boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown was ordered to pay the sum after he was legally deemed responsible for her death, but TMZ reports that Gordon can't afford it.

The estate of Brown — legendary singer Whitney Houston's only child — will be hard-pressed to get any money out of Gordon.

All of the money he’s made doing interviews this year has gone straight toward legal fees, he says.

"You can order a gagillian dollars but what will you collect?" a source told the gossip site.

"One day, they may collect part of it. If he wins the lottery."

Gordon does not currently have a job, TMZ reported.

Brown, 22, was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub and ultimately died in July 2015 after six months in a coma.

An autopsy report revealed that her death was the result of mixed drug intoxication coupled with drowning.

Brown's estate has accused Gordon of drugging the young woman and leaving her to die in the bathtub.

In September, Gordon was found legally responsible for Brown's death in Fulton County, Ga., court. He remains under criminal investigation for the incident.
